About Me
Hi there, I'm Eleanor. As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), I'm passionate about supporting my patients on their path to optimal wellness. Since graduating from Ke Kino Massage Academy in 2017 and Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2021, I've honed my skills to offer a range of treatments, including therapeutic, relaxation, lymphatic, pregnancy, and face/TMJ dysfunction massage. What I love most about my work is building connections with each patient and tailoring treatments to their unique needs. Whether you're looking for pain relief, stress reduction, or ongoing care, I'm here to help.

Accessibility Information
I am committed to providing a welcoming and accessible environment for all of my patients. The front door to the building is on ground level with no stairs, ensuring easy access. There is an elevator available to reach the office floor, and there are no stairs between the elevator and the office. Additionally, I use an electric massage table that can be adjusted to different heights. If you need the table lowered to make getting on or off easier, please let me know, I am happy to accommodate you. If you have any specific needs or questions about accessibility, please don’t hesitate to contact me in advance. I am happy to assist you, so I can make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Information for Light-Sensitive Patients
I understand that some patients may be sensitive to lighting, and I strive to create a comfortable environment for everyone. While the lighting in the building's common areas may be bright, my office space is designed with relaxation in mind, featuring dim lighting to promote a calming atmosphere. If you find the lighting in the office space is still too bright for you, please let me know. I am always happy to make further adjustments, to ensure your comfort during your visit. Your well-being is my top priority.
Information for Scent-Sensitive Patients
I understand that some patients may be sensitive to scents, and I aim to create a welcoming and accommodating environment. Please note that my office uses naturally scented products, and while I am happy to use unscented products during your session upon request, I cannot guarantee a completely scent-free environment. There may be residual scents in the air from previous sessions, as naturally scented products are a part of my practice. If you have scent sensitivities, I encourage you to let me know in advance so I can do my best to minimize potential discomfort and tailor your experience to your needs.
General Allergen/Sensitivity Information
At my practice, I use only high-quality oils and lotions to provide the best possible experience for my patients. However, I understand that sensitivities and allergies to certain ingredients may still occur. If you have any known allergies or sensitivities to specific oils, lotions, or ingredients, please inform me on your intake form and at the time of your session. I will always do my best to accommodate your needs by selecting the right products, to ensure your safety and comfort. Your well-being is my top priority, and I am committed to creating a positive and personalized experience for each patient.
Mask Policy
At Cedarwood Wellness, your comfort and well-being are my top priorities. Masks are not required during treatments; however, patients are always welcome to wear one if they prefer. While I do not routinely wear a mask during sessions, I am more than happy to wear one upon request to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. Please don’t hesitate to let me know your preference when booking your appointment or before your session begins.

Land Acknowledgment
At Cedarwood Wellness, I honor and acknowledge that my business operates on the traditional, unceded, and ancestral lands of many Indigenous peoples. These lands have been stewarded for generations by the Stz’uminus, səl̓ilwətaɁɬ təməxʷ (Tsleil-Waututh), Hul’qumi’num Treaty Group, S’ólh Téméxw (Stó:lō), Skwxwú7mesh-ulh Temíx̱w (Squamish), šxʷməθkʷəy̓əmaɁɬ təməxʷ (Musqueam), and Cayuse, Umatilla, and Walla Walla peoples. I deeply respect the enduring relationships these communities have with their lands, waters, and traditions. As a business owner, I am committed to learning from, listening to, and supporting Indigenous peoples in the spirit of truth, reconciliation, and justice. I recognize that this acknowledgment is only the beginning. I am committed to taking meaningful actions to honor and respect these lands and their original caretakers.
